Patients are the heart of our practice, so it makes sense that we would go out of the way to provide comfortable waiting and treatment areas complete with the types of amenities you would expect from the premier dental practice in Portsmouth. Our office is filled with state of the art diagnostic and dental treatment technology to ensure accuracy and early detection of oral complications. We believe our patients deserve only the best, and our staff works hard to deliver a superior experience at every visit.

​Payment Options
During your initial consultation, our experienced dentists, and skilled team will discuss the details of your treatment plan and help you make the best decision for your desired outcome. In addition to accepting most dental insurance plans and coordinating payments with your insurance provider, our staff is happy to work with you to find a dental solution that fits comfortably within your budget.

We accept many forms of payment, including CareCredit and most major credit cards. If you have lingering questions concerning the financial aspect of your visit, our office administrators are on-hand during our regular business hours to answer your questions and address your concerns.

For major dental needs, a complete treatment plan will be outlined for you. If you have insurance, it will be submitted for a pre-treatment estimate of coverage.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file all insurance claims free of charge. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Dental insurance is a contract between you or your employer and the insurance company.  

Estimated copays and deductibles are due at the time of service. 

Any remaining balance due after the insurance company pays will be the patient's responsibility and is due within 30 days of invoice. 

Please remember that no insurance company's policy will cover all dental costs. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures, and others pay a deductible amount, co-insurance, or the balance remaining unpaid by your insurance company. We will be happy to assist you in obtaining the maximum benefits to which you are entitled; however, the agreement of your insurance company to pay for your dental care is a contract between your insurance carrier and you. We estimate patient deductibles and copays as best we can based upon the information provided to us by you and your insurance company.

If you do not have insurance, we request that you pay for services on the date rendered. 

We understand that circumstances may require you to change your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we do ask that you contact us 48 hours prior to the appointment time so that we may use this time for other patients who are waiting for dental services. Because we make reminder calls 48 hours prior to all appointments, a fee will be charged for insufficient notice of cancelled or missed appointments. Please see our Appointment Cancellation Policy
