Dr. Brian Cicero is excited to be practicing dentistry at Coastal Dental Associates with this incredible staff. He believes oral health care is an important aspect of overall body wellness and enjoys seeing every patient smile. Using the most current techniques, Dr. Cicero will work with you to create a comprehensive treatment plan that meets all your needs. His goal is to provide gentle, patient-centered care with accuracy and efficiency.

Growing up in York, ME before graduating in the inaugural class of the University of New England’s College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Cicero is thrilled to return to the Seacoast area with his wife and two sons. In his spare time he enjoys playing board games with family and friends, and reading. Prior to becoming a dentist, he was a social studies teacher in Whitman, MA; a background which still serves him well as he writes questions for Seacoast Trivia, a local quiz competition that his wife hosts. Bring him your unique knowledge and fun facts! He’s always looking for inspiration.
